Our cakes are made of quality ingredients and prepared with love. In the case that you do not enjoy your purchase because of a quality failure, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect cake, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. We will make it right by offering you another cake or a refund.
For well-being and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any cakes or food products once they have been delivered.
In case of delivery problems, including delays and wrong addresses, please contact us right away. We will ensure your cake is delivered on time, but we cannot be responsible for issues created by a third-party delivery provider or information supplied at checkout.
